Scope of Position Objective

Introducing prospects to our product, the dealership in their territory and the outside sales rep. This role requires a strong dedication to pursuing prospect and cold calling to generate and maintain an active pipeline of prospects for our outside sales representative.
Major Job responsibilities and related duties.
1. Filling and maintaining prospect pipeline.
A. Cold calling prospects from our data base.
B. Scheduling and promoting field days, demos, open house, and farm show attendance. Getting prospects in front of our product.
C. Maintaining current customers records, upgrading current customers, and getting referrals.
D. Working with outside sales representative to ensure a sales strategy that will result in success.
E. Build relationships with prospects, outside sales representative, dealerships, and sales management.
F. Enter all information in sales portal in an accurate and timely manner.
G. Manage, update and maintain call back schedule.
H. Manage time and territories.
2 Product Knowledge
A. Understanding product to be able to relay benefits to prospect and answer questions.
B. Territory and dealership knowledge.
Performance measurements
· Completed sales by outside sales representative.
· Cold calling and prospecting into assigned territories.
· Moving from a prospect to a customer.
· Maintaining scheduled call backs and follow ups.
· Communication with prospect, outside sales representative and sales management.
Skills Required
· Working knowledge of desktop computers
· Goal and Team oriented

· Effective oral communication skills
· Able to convey a cooperative, positive, and professional demeanor both on the telephone and in the office.
