Job Summary: EquipmentShare is seeking a Manager of Employee Experience to drive strategic programs that enhance workplace culture, optimize onboarding, and improve employee engagement. The role is key to developing moments that matter along the employee journey from an employee’s first day through their entire tenure at EquipmentShare. This role will manage all parts of program development, ensuring existing and new programs align with the company’s values. This position is a highly cross-functional role.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Employee Experience Programs: Lead high-impact programs that shape company culture, enhance engagement, and optimize employee touchpoints. Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: The leader of the employee experience team is responsible for building, engaging, setting expectations, and driving accountability for the performance of the team. This includes ownership of the team’s goals and deliverables, managing team performance, delivering on key metrics, and budget compliance.
- Manage Employee Recognition & Reward Program: Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive employee recognition strategy, including swag and employee rewards program, vendor partnership, and engagement initiatives.
- Cross-Function Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning employee experience initiatives with business goals. Build strong relationships across teams for collaboration.
- Data Driven for Continuous Improvement: Utilize analytics and employee feedback to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making to improve engagement and retention.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage budget the employee experience department budget ensuring programs align with financial objectives.
- Strong background in onboarding, community engagement, company perk programs, process optimization, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, senior and executive leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead change management efforts and work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to lead a team.
- At least 5 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, Culture & Engagement, or Organizational Development roles.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
