EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Legal Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri for the 2025 summer.

Pay Range: $20-$25/hr

Responsibilities

• We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects
• Assist in all phases of real estate transactions
• Assist in prioritizing and managing organizational legal needs related to real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Assist in drafting and managing transactional documents such as letters of intent, purchase agreements, and leases
• Assist in resolving land use issues
• Research real property related laws and regulations

What You're Working With

• Candidate is based in or near Columbia, St. Louis or Kansas City, Missouri or is able to reside in Columbia, Missouri for the duration of the internship
• Ideal candidates will have completed 1 year towards a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school by the time the internship begins
• Ideal candidates will also have work experience in real estate and/or corporate operations
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You have a strong interest in real estate transactions and corporate law
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have high attention to detail
• You are highly organized, pay attention to details, and able to multitask
• You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
