JOB DESCRIPTION:

Account Executive:

Responsibilities:

· Manage the customer journey from an in-person presentation through a new client.

· Responsible for designing and leading sales presentations to all managers, directors, and C-Suite level.

· Learn and develop the needs assessment with providing detailed customized solutions.

· Identify, pursue and secure net new business through prospecting, networking and lead generation efforts.

· Develop as the knowledge expert and provide customized solutions.

· Responsible for managing a sales pipeline to obtain new business growth.

· Assist and collaborate with the lead generation team to identify new opportunities.

· Communicate clearly with progress of goal attainment and initiatives to the President / CEO and Director of Sales. Includes pipeline progress and status of new business.

· Available to assist with time-sensitive escalations or client issues.

· Travel 3 to 5 days per week for sales meetings and presentations. (Includes overnight stays.)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to cultivate new relationships.

· Proven experience for 5 years as an account executive, or in a related sales industry.

· Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

· Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to travel as needed for new business meetings.

Compensation:

· Salary plus commissions. Base with your commissions = target salary goal upwards of $100,000.

Reports To:

· President and CEO

· Director of Sales
