We are looking to hire coachable road-warriors who are money motivated to start running leads as soon as possible.

This Role Is
- Full-Time
- W-2
- 100% Commission only ($2,000 - $6,000 a week!)
- Introductory Bonus Program during first 2 months of employment, plus additional incentives
- This is not a door-to-door sales job
- We provide warm leads to homeowners who have been pre-qualified and pre-confirmed appointments
- Virtual Training provided via Zoom, plus ongoing support and guidance
- No experience in Sales? No problem! We will train anyone with the right passion and drive!
- Being a serious and dedicated Road Warrior!
- Running leads approximately within a 2-4 hours radius around your home zip code
- Once at appointments, review homeowners’ Electric bill to identify yearly consumption
- Fill out our in-house Kilowatt Sheet, take picture and send it to Sales Team in a group chat
- Conduct Power Point Presentation with homeowner to educate them on benefits of Solar
- Run Soft-Credit checks and complete solar contracts on-the-spot
- Communicate with sales team throughout each appointment and submit electronic copies of each sale
- Must be 18 years or older and live within area of recruitment
- Full-Time availability (5 or 6 days open availability including evenings and weekends)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish
- Must have reliable transportation, a cell phone and one more device such as: laptop, tablet or an iPod
- Must have excellent communication skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be capable of working well under pressure, multitask and practice exceptional critical thinking
