Equitable Holdings - Governance Counsel / Assistant Corporate Secretary

This role will be responsible for helping to lead and oversee all corporate governance functions for Equitable Holdings (EQH) and AllianceBernstein (AB), ensuring that the companies operate in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and best practices. This role will manage a team focused on corporate governance and will act as a strategic partner in advising senior management and the board of directors of EQH and AB. Experience leading, structuring, and negotiating complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, capital markets and other strategic transactions is preferred.
The position is based in New York City.
The base salary range for this position is $200,000-$250,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, short and long-term incentive compensation opportunities, and spot bonuses.
