Provide administrative and clerical support for a Financial Advising Firm. This position will support various main office functions including: preparing correspondence, answering phones and greeting clients, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, maintain electronic filing system and various other assignments as needed.
