Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the friendly face of our branch, providing front desk coverage and acting as the local point of contact.
- Facilitate effective branch and office communications.
- Coordinate office logistics, including space, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage accounts payable and oversee bill payments.
- Review and distribute mail efficiently and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
- Troubleshoot conference room, technology, and branch network issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for reporting and analytics.
