As a Financial Professional, you will be empowered with the skills and tools needed for success, including client relationship management, product knowledge, sales techniques, market development, role play, and access to a full suite of remote-work technology solutions. You will also upskill from participating in local and national development programs, as well as joint-work opportunities for a hands-on experience.
Training and Support
Our entry-level training curriculum is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in your role. You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development, including certification programs and workshops. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive support system, including mentorship, coaching, and peer-to-peer support.
Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required. We will help you navigate obtaining the required state licenses and sitting for the SIE, which must be passed prior to onboarding. We will also sponsor your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, which must be passed prior to onboarding.
