What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Clerk position at Equitable Bank?
Job Summary :
The Loan Clerk performs various duties to support the bank’s commercial / consumer / mortgage loan processing department.
Essential Functions :
- Process paid-off loans and collateral release requests.
- Scan and QC loan documents in the imaging system.
- Maintain loan files with required documents.
- Renew UCCs.
- Process commercial / consumer flood determination report.
- Prepare credit card disclosures.
- Process denied and withdrawn loans for the commercial / consumer department.
- Assist with various projects.
- Assist Mortgage Closers with file preparation, scanning, and QC.
- Assist with loan customer phone calls.
