How You’ll Contribute:
As an Inforce Manager (Life Insurance), you will lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for managing inforce financial and non-financial life insurance policy activities. This role collaborates closely with the Policy Administration team to ensure exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and support a team of inforce administration professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and career development.
• Monitor team workload and ensure timely, accurate completion of administrative service requests.
• Lead problem resolution for complex service and operational issues.
• Analyze, prepare, and present department reports, performance metrics, and staffing assessments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including IRS, DOL, and state insurance guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners, agents, and clients.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to uphold service excellence and process consistency.
• Promote continuous improvement and support change initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance administration (required).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience (required).
• 5 years of life insurance experience (preferred).
• Experience with staff oversight, hiring, and performance management (preferred).
• Familiarity with financial service requests and tax implications (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report development and presentation.
• Skilled in navigating organizational priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to various internal technology systems.
• Ability to coach, lead, and develop a diverse team while fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and ensure service excellence.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Occasional walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
• Frequent use of hands for typing and fine manipulation.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 10 lbs occasionally.
• Stress levels may vary, with the ability to manage calmly and effectively in dynamic situations.
