How You’ll Contribute:
As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing creative visual content that enhances our Sales and Marketing initiatives. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to design print and digital materials that align with our brand and effectively communicate product offerings. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about visual storytelling and bring strong creative, organizational, and technical skills to our team.
Please note: this is a 6-month contract position with potential for conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- Design creative assets for various marketing channels, including brochures, advertisements, emails, websites, and presentations.
- Develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Utilize typography, photography, and graphic elements to create compelling materials.
- Stay current with design trends and industry developments to enhance communication strategies.
- Collaborate with printing vendors and external design resources to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team with additional creative projects as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment through collaboration and innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related fine arts field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, including digital and web platforms required.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and openness to learning new approaches.

- Office Location: Mostly Off-Site
- Expected Travel: Travel not required/likely.
