How You’ll Contribute:
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a vital role in shaping enterprise software architecture strategies that align with our business goals. Collaborating with various teams, you will design, guide, and implement solutions that enhance scalability, security, and innovation within our technology ecosystem. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain an enterprise software architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Define high-level solution designs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to recommend and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate new technologies, focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development and security.
- Conduct architecture reviews and offer expert technical guidance.
- Optimize application interdependencies and improve the software ecosystem.
- Collaborate with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
- Work with external vendors to ensure compatibility of third-party solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in system development and software engineering required.
- Proficiency in Java or C# and familiarity with tools like Visual Studio and SQL required.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and database systems required.
- Knowledge of software development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Spring, MVC) required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in data handling, development techniques, and programming languages.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to solve complex technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a focus on inclusion.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work primarily off-site with occasional travel (less than 5%).
