Job Overview : We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our expanding Boston Investment Banking team as Analysts. As an integral team member, you will support the execution of M&A transactions, capital sourcing, and our clients’ strategic initiatives. Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Transaction Support : Assist senior team members with managing all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of materials such as pitch decks and information memoranda.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis : Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning for M&A and capital-raising initiatives.
- Research and Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company research to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and support strategic recommendations for clients.
- Deal Sourcing and Pipeline Management : Support the team in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, maintaining an active deal pipeline, and fostering relationships with target companies.
- Deliverable Preparation : Draft, review, and refine contracts, letters, memoranda, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate Equiturn’s work to internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to discuss financial analysis, deal structures, and strategic alternatives, representing the firm with professionalism and credibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other team members across functions, contributing to internal process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team development.
- Leadership : Provide mentoring and coaching to the next wave of interns and analysts that may join our ranks in the future.

The base salary for this role is expected to be between $75,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay, if hired, will be determined on an individualized basis and is only a part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
