*This position is based out of our Fort Myers, FL location and is eligible for a hybrid schedule after the probationary period.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Client Services Associate services and guides existing clients and investment sponsors through processes related to completing self-directed investments, including but not limited to private equity, hedge funds, and real estate syndications. Works closely with clients, vendors, and other team members to exchange information and documents related to client investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Efficiently and proactively manages client and vendor correspondence (incoming calls, emails, chats, and client visits)
- Answers client and vendor questions regarding financial transactions, including asset purchases, sales, and other client transactions
- Effectively learns and communicates IRS rules and regulations related to IRAs
- Utilizes CRM system to keep all transaction and case statuses updated, as well as logging all communication
- Enters details of new investment submissions for onboarding
- Uses DocuSign to create e-signing templates
- Builds and maintains relationships with account holders, vendors, and referral sources
- Coordinates with third-parties such as investment managers, brokers, attorneys, transfer agents, and fund administrators to ensure timely processing of transactions
- Collaborates across departments to assist with special projects, as necessary
- Identifies opportunities to assist vendors with new account applications and/or upcoming capital calls and capital raises
- Creates and maintains processes to regularly follow up with top vendors and clients
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in a service-oriented or sales assistant role
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administration is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
