What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Account Executive position at Equity Administrative Services Inc And Affiliates?
JOB OVERVIEW
The Client Success Account Executive assists with the retention of existing clients who are at risk of divesting their fund(s) from Equity Trust. Additionally, assists in cross selling additional products that Equity Trust offers to existing clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Connects with existing clients by making outbound dials and assists them with upgrading their accounts to premium offerings such as Gold Level Service and Gold Level Service Prime
- Receives inbound calls and makes outbound calls with clients in order to save their accounts from leaving Equity Trust
- Develops retention offers based upon a clients specific needs and concerns using provided guidelines
- Issues waivers and refunds to retain clients based on budgetary goals
- Processes retention offers once accepted
- Transfers current clients to the correct department when there are issues with the clients account
- Researches client concerns to offer solutions
- Provides solutions with Real Estate transactions outside of the IRA market with our 1031 solution
- Contacts clients proactively that have had negative experiences with Equity Trust
- Researches and provides education to current clients to establish supplemental accounts
- Assists other departments as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
- None required
TECHNICAL SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
