JOB OVERVIEW
The Program Management Executive Director is responsible for managing the execution of multiple initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams to meet Innovayte’s strategic objectives. As part of the Technology group, provides support our key business partners such as Product, Finance, Operations, and HR, helping to effectively prioritize competing business objectives, structure project roadmaps and ensuring compliance. The Program Management Executive Director oversees both external and internal stakeholders and hold all parties accountable in order to drive progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Engages cross-functionally across the organization to align initiatives and meet shared objectives.
- Defines and maintains the program roadmap, aligning with project goals and outcomes
- Manages external stakeholders for projects and programs, ensuring reliable communication.
- Cultivates network of relationships to drive alignment across the organization and manage interdependencies of initiatives company-wide.
- Serves as a point of contact for stakeholders throughout different program lifecycles, applying project and program management best practices.
- Oversees program risks and works with compliance to ensure program lifecycles and deliverables follow regulatory standards.
- Acts as point of escalation to senior leadership for issues and develops mitigation plans.
- Leads post-mortem reviews and applies lessons learned to future initiatives to drive process improvements across the organization.
- Provides recurring status reports of current initiatives, highlighting progress and challenges to senior leadership to help drive business decisions.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of project and program management experience
- Experience managing complex and large-scale projects/programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience managing technology projects and initiatives
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, preferred
- Excellent communication skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana or other similar project management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
If you do not already have a Securities license relevant to your role at Innovayte, you may be required to take and pass the Securities Industries Essentials exam provided by FINRA. In addition, based on your role responsibilities, you may also be required to pass additional Securities Industry exams to allow you to operate in your role and be compliant with FINRA and the SEC requirements. These licenses, when required, need to be obtained within certain specific time frames, typically 120 calendar days.
