JOB OVERVIEW
The Finance Intern for Brownhelm assists with basic tasks such as data entry, financial reporting, budgeting assistance, research, special projects, and administrative support. The internship provides valuable exposure to the financial sector, enhancing both technical and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Analyze current financial data and business performance
- Prepare financial reports and presentations
- Assist with daily accounting functions
- Handle accounting work
- Reconcile bank balances, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Update financial models
- Update documents as they become available
- Support other team members as requested
- Analyze historical data to identify anomalies
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a degree in accounting or finance with targeted graduation date within 3 years
