JOB OVERVIEW
The Investment Processor – Private Equity reviews alternative investment paperwork to assure accurate completion of proper investment documentation. Liaison serves as a single point of contact and is required to provide a superior level of service to our clients, advisors, and asset sponsors through various forms of communication. Accurate, timely and efficient processing of all investment activities is a requirement of the liaison position to meet investors closing deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Services multiple clients through managing a workflow queue, identify problems and achieve resolution
- Provides consistent updates to clients and third parties via telephone and email promptly and professionally as necessary
- Answers internal and external phone calls, make outbound phone calls to clients, advisors, and asset sponsors
- Completes investment requests while striving for a zero-error rate
- Builds rapport with high-net-worth individuals, industry professionals and advisors
- Works with multiple departments in the company to assist in managing the investor experience
- Works independently as well as in a team environment to assist when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers and senior management
- Exercises judgment to know when to escalate issues to a manager or supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree in Business/Finance preferred
- Real Estate, Loan, Financial or Banking background preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operationally driven environment preferred
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
