JOB OVERVIEW
The Innovayte Operations Associate role provides institutional broker dealer operations support. This entails client onboarding, asset movement, trade settlement, and establishment and servicing of investment accounts. The role includes a multitude of processing functions from the opening of an account to the transfer of assets, depositing of funds, and maintenance of standard and non-standard asset types.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Reviews of documentation and perform various transactions to establish and maintain accounts.
- Researches and resolves issues and discrepancies in accounts as they arise.
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external sources via e-mail and phone.
- Adheres to department service level agreements for all processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development and Service to satisfy client needs and requests.
- Completes projects as requested.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and functions
- Has analytical skills, active listening, professionalism and is results-driven
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Must be available to work at least 24 hours per week, at least 3 days per week.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
