JOB OVERVIEW
The Innovayte Product and Platform Project Coordinator supports the Executive Director of Product and Platform to document and manage specific initiatives for our Advisor and Broker/ Dealer product offering. This individual plays a key role in ensuring that project needs, and timelines are clearly articulated. In addition, this individual helps to provide accountability and communication around each task that needs to be accomplished.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within the Product Management Department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service, operations, compliance, risk and finance, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Support project optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all project information is up to date.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support product development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on project strategies and improvements.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Works with the Client Experience and Account Management teams to ensure continuity on initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Travel to various locations, both within our organization and externally, may be required depending on your role and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
- SIE required within 180 days of start date
- If you do not already have a Securities license relevant to your role at Innovayte, you may be required to take and pass the Securities Industries Essentials exam provided by FINRA. In addition, based on your role responsibilities, you may also be required to pass additional Securities Industry exams to allow you to operate in your role and be compliant with FINRA and the SEC requirements. These licenses, when required, need to be obtained within certain specific time frames, typically 120 calendar days.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
- Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated competency on technology ecosystem
