*This position is based out of our Westlake, OH office but eligible for a hybrid schedule after the probationary period.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Control Representatives reviews client paperwork and confirms that the information matches what was entered in workflow by the Investment Processor. Ensures that each account reflects the funding and value of the asset accurately and funds are disbursed based on client instruction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Reviews final investment documentation package and compares the terms with the information entered in workflow to ensure accuracy
• Communicates with Investment Processor when discrepancies arise between workflow and documents
• Confirms the investment requested is processed through systems and the account reflects the appropriate asset valuation and funding amount
• Prioritizes workload appropriately to ensure that urgent requests are handled and deadlines are met for funding each investment
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
• Communicates with Disbursements Team when necessary to ensure awareness of requests that deviate from normal processing standards
• Submits correction requests when inconsistencies are identified
• Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree in Arts/Science preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast paced, customer driven environment
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION(S):
• None required
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The Associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. It requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
