JOB OVERVIEW
The Salesforce Experience Developer is responsible for designing and implementing solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud. Strives to understand user needs within customer and business community sites, evaluate solutions that provide scalable and optimized user experiences, and implements the solutions. Works closely with the Digital Solutions Team and Development Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Responsible for design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions including web and mobile applications
- Determines appropriate approach to create optimized experiences for customers and partner users
- Performs development functions involving Lightning development (Aura components, Lightening Web Components (LWC)), VisualForce, flow, etc. to build engaging end-user solutions
- Configures profiles, roles, page layouts, permission sets, workflows, alerts, reports, dashboards, sharing rules, to support experience cloud solutions
- Integrates Salesforce Experience Cloud with external and other internal systems and applications as needed
- Follows a consistent and automated way to build, package, and test applications for continuous integration (CI)
- Takes ownership responsibility of product delivery on time with a predictive schedule and reliability, anticipating and mitigating risks and issues
- Creates and maintains documentation for Experience Cloud implementations
- Works with teams across the organization to consider various elements within the design and development of experience solutions including: Marketing (branding and design), Product(content), Sales(feedback), IT(implementation, performance, architecture).
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing portal solutions including b2c and b2b using Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform including Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Excellent knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript development
- Solid grasp of content management concepts that work within Salesforce architecture
- Knowledgeable using Mobile Publisher to deploy Experience Cloud sites to the Apple and Google app stores
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Demonstrable ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely strong project and time management skills, including a high level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities
- Banking and financial services experience a plus

This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
