- Average accuracy in financial transactions:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, payments, monetary instrument sales, and internal bank transactions.
- Balance daily transactions and cash.
- Approve transactions for other employees within your assigned approval authority limit, if applicable.
- Manage bank cash levels as delegated by a manager or supervisor.
- Minimize risk exposure and maintain quality production.
- Follow operating procedures and protocols.
- Build strong client relationships:
- Conduct professional conversations that build trust and credibility.
- Discover key life events happening with clients to ensure bank products meet their needs.
- Promote bank products and services within the branch and outside.
- Make referrals to bank partners resulting in additional revenue.
- Minimize risk exposure and maintain quality production.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and team members.
- Respond to routine client inquiries and requests.
- Demonstrate compliance:
- Understand and follow laws and regulations for job responsibilities.
- Follow deposit account opening procedures and suspicious activity referral requirements.
- Work with clients to understand normal account activity.
- Complete periodic compliance training.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
