About This Role
This is a leadership role within our Retail Banking department. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail bankers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Team
- Provide guidance and direction to sales team members.
- Motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Ensure Excellent Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service from our team.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
