As Special Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive, advanced-level support to the Chief Executive Officer, acting as a trusted partner and operational resource. This dynamic role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and propose solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional administrative duties, emphasizing strategic planning, project management, and communication to support the CEO's vision and the organization's objectives.
What Are the Key Objectives :
- Strategic Support
Anticipate, prioritize, and communicate tasks and priorities effectively. Provide substantive support to the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
Coordinate special projects, oversee their execution, and develop processes and procedures to ensure efficiency. Organize events and provide regular updates on project and corporate initiative statuses.
Drive stakeholder communications, maintain strong relationships with investors, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct research and fact-finding investigations to support decision-making. Prepare reports, analyze findings, and present actionable insights to the CEO.
Compose, edit, and finalize correspondence, memoranda, and other documents that reflect the CEO’s vision and uphold the organization’s standards.
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, complete expense reports, and assist in coordinate travel arrangements. Act as the single point of contact for the CEO to streamline operations and communication.
