Job Summary :

As an Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with home sellers and realtors, evaluate properties, and secure deals that align with our company’s objectives. You will use your sales skills, negotiation skills, and real estate knowledge to assess opportunities and secure contracts at optimal terms. Success in this role means consistently locking up properties that can be easily marketed to buyers and closed efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Appointment Management :

Conduct phone call appointments set by the Lead Manager (LM) or Follow Up Specialist (FS).

Review and analyze lead information provided by LM, FS, or SMS Manager.

Update the CRM with detailed notes and changes to opportunity statuses.

Enroll leads in appropriate automatic workflows based on their status and potential

Property Underwriting :

Confirm and expand on information about the prospect’s price, motivation, timeline, and property condition.

Use tools such as Zillow, Privy, PropStream and investor lift to gather comparable sales data and assess property value.

Provide a bona fide written offer to each prospect, tailored to their needs and our company’s capabilities.

Offer Creation :

Determine the best offer type for each prospect, including Cash Offers, Seller Finance / Sub-To, or Novation strategies.

Include valid comps and property data to streamline the disposition process.

Send written offers to prospects and management for approval.

Qualifications :

Real estate knowledge preferred but not mandatory

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market data and property information effectively.

Familiarity with real estate tools such as Zillow, Privy, and PropStream is a plus.

Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Proficient with CRM systems and adaptable to new technology.
