We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Resort Ambassador to join our team at Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall experience of our guests is nothing short of extraordinary.
About the Role:
- This position involves walking or patrolling the grounds of the campground to answer questions, enforce rules, and ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings.
- The ideal candidate will be able to handle any stressful situation in a calm manner and react accordingly with regards to local, state, and federal law.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Monitoring the property with a keen eye for any potential issues or problems.
- Ensuring that the property is properly secured.
- Ensuring that guests comply with resort rules, responding to areas of concern, and contacting law enforcement if necessary.
- Monitoring all incoming guests through the campground gate and validating access.
- Performing routine patrols, golf cart, and rental inspections.
- Taking camping reservations, checking people in and out, and selling day passes and items at the store.
- Prioritizing guest safety and happiness.
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- BASIC reading, writing, and math skills and the ability to use computer applications.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills and a friendly demeanor.
