Responsibilities:
- Act as the property liaison, providing information and responding to inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and deposits accurately and efficiently.
- Run reports and manage maintenance request forms to optimize office operations.
- Partner with the Property Manager to address guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, resolving conflicts and addressing issues promptly.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new technologies.
