Your Responsibilities:

- Mow and trim lawns, sites, and bushes to create an attractive environment for residents and guests.
- Monitor and control inventory and supplies to prevent waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Report any landscaping concerns to the Maintenance Manager to ensure prompt attention.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Familiarity with mowers, weed-whackers, and other trimming equipment is essential.
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance are required.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is necessary for this role.
