Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining open communications with all property and regional staff.
- Working closely with management to develop an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company.
- Processing accounts payable within the automated accounting system.
- Assisting in processing procurement card reconciliations.
- Organizing and maintaining files and order office supplies.
- Researching and implementing company-sponsored activities.
- Attending and participating in training programs and seminars as required.
- Handling inquiries by telephone in order to back up property staff.
- Running errands, including delivering various communications to guests or residents, as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of office experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or automated accounting systems.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
