In Search of an Office Assistant for our location in STOCKTON CA.
Full Time.
Work Schedule; Wendesday - Sunday (hours vary)
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.e. lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks, maintenance/complaint reports)
- Assist with the day-to-day operation within the Office , responding to customer and staff by phone, email, fax, and mail on a daily basis.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing a variety of correspondence, documents, files, and records for accuracy and completeness; ensures proper signing authority; and distributes documents to appropriate staff related and customers.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Multitask and perform other related duties while helping other staff when needed. In a fast paced environment.
- Multitask Data Entry, records and reports.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Must be able to work and communicate hand in hand with Supervisor at a daily basis
