EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Client Experience Assistant to join our team in Plano, Texas on a hybrid basis. You’ll be responsible for facilitating communication with clients, broker partners, and Operations team members, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities

Assist with loan applications and documentation collection and review for compliance with guidelines.

Handle inbound calls to the Client Experience team, responding to inquiries about refinancing, loan products, and other related questions.

Communicate with clients, agents, and Operations team members.

Maintain accurate loan files and records in LOS.

Update and track CRM for leads and reach out to clients to connect with brokers and confirm business is brought back to EPM.

Coordinate meetings and calls with clients and stakeholders.

Provide updates to clients and referral partners.

Build and nurture relationships with broker partners.

Track loan application deadlines to ensure timely processing.

Handle administrative tasks like data entry and document preparation.

Support Director, Client Experience with loan proposals and related documents.

Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Must be able to commute to the Plano, Texas office on a hybrid schedule.

2 years of mortgage lending experience.

Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines and loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have strong phone communication skills and be comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
