We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and ensure our enterprise clients derive maximum value from our solutions.


Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for our enterprise clients, helping them achieve their business goals through our technology solutions. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term satisfaction. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers, building strong relationships to drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Build Standard Operating Procedures for Customer Success Operations. 
  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans that align with clients’ business objectives.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address potential issues to improve satisfaction and mitigate churn risks.
  • Provide training, best practices, and ongoing education to clients to maximize their usage of our solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, collaborating with the Sales team to drive growth.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the Product and Engineering teams to influence product development.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewals, and performance metrics in CRM tools.
  • Host business reviews and success check-ins with clients to ensure alignment and continued value realization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within an enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software products.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
