As the Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and managing day-to-day HR operations with a specific focus on multifamily property management. Your expertise in HR administration, along with a solid understanding of the multifamily industry, will help us create a seamless HR experience for both employees and residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- HR Administration : Oversee general HR administrative duties including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, processing payroll, administering benefits, and tracking time-off requests.
- Recruitment & Staffing : Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing job offers for property management staff.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related issues and working with management to resolve employee concerns.
- Compliance : Ensure company policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including those specific to the multifamily property management industry.
- Training & Development : Coordinate employee training programs, including compliance training, property management-specific courses, and employee development initiatives.
- Performance Management : Assist in the performance appraisal process, tracking performance reviews, and providing support to managers regarding employee development and feedback.
- HR Reporting & Analytics : Generate HR-related reports, track key performance metrics, and contribute to HR-related decision-making.
- Support Property Management Operations : Understand the nuances of multifamily property management, supporting the property managers with HR-related issues affecting the onsite staff, including maintenance, leasing agents, and other personnel.
- Employee Engagement & Retention : Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Other Duties : Assist with any additional HR projects or tasks as assigned by the HR Director or senior leadership.
