You will also be responsible for organizing and prioritizing tasks, completing make-readies and service requests in a timely manner, and ensuring that grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional and attractive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to read and write English fluently. You should also be able to accurately perform mathematical functions, possess good organizational ability, and have knowledge of basic mechanical concepts and multifamily residential property maintenance requirements. Additionally, you must be able to maintain, repair, and paint buildings, vacant units, offices, driveways, and walkways, as well as perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
