The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property, buildings, and equipment in an attractive, clean, and safe condition at all times. This includes organizing and completing maintenance tasks, supervising contractors, and ensuring the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain property, buildings, and equipment to company standards
- Organize and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
- Supervise and ensure satisfactory performance of contractors
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and units on a regular basis
- Correct emergency conditions such as sewer backup, flooding, and defective lighting
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment
- Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs
- Assist with disturbances during business hours and other property emergencies
