What You'll Be Doing
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll spend half your time marketing our community and following up on leads. The other half will be spent providing exceptional customer service to residents and maintaining the appeal and functionality of our properties.
- You'll proactively respond to sales leads and promote our community by addressing resident needs.
- You'll invite prospective residents for community tours and employ effective selling techniques to close deals.
- You'll support community marketing efforts by positively influencing our online presence and offering input on advertising campaigns.
- You'll effectively explain lease provisions and community policies, ensuring comprehensive move-in activities and conducting orientations for new residents.
- You'll ensure resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
- You'll efficiently manage leasing documents, process payments, and complete move-in procedures.
