As a Concierge, you will spend most of your time delivering superior customer service, ensuring seamless tour experiences, exceptional move-ins, total satisfaction, express service, and personal attention, contributing significantly to customer loyalty and resident retention while embodying professionalism at all times.
Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionallyAnswering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needsProviding resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event supportFacilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responsesEnsuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areasVigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environmentImplementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when awayScheduled Hours : Wednesday-Sunday- 3pm-11.30 pmWhat You'll Need To Thrive :
High School diploma or equivalentExperience deliverying exceptional customer service, in a luxury enviromentEffective / professional communication, both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposesA valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and / or as part of their role.Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing lawsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsOffice team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job. The device must have updated software and must be password-protected and compliant with in-house security systems.Ability to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the office / facility. May be required to climb stairs depending on the property structure.Salary : $21.51-$26.29
For hourly roles : Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.Bonus Qualifications :
