Key Responsibilities:
- Address resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform diverse hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and more.
- Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
- Conduct regular community inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, gas boiler systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work any assigned shift, including weekends, and respond to emergencies after normal business hours.
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your hands, arms, and legs, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
