What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead and support IT infrastructure operations, both on-prem and cloud-based
✔️ Drive strategic planning, security, and performance improvements
✔️ Oversee IT Disaster Recovery planning and business continuity integration
✔️ Manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, and compliance
✔️ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in management
✅ Expertise in networking, cloud technologies (Azure, Intune), and security best practices
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex IT initiatives
✅ Experience with disaster recovery planning and IT operations management
