Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Community and Property Manager to cultivate a high-performing team and ensure adherence to Equity standards.
- Analyze property management system data and provide recommendations for financial concerns.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on capital improvements and oversee inventory control.
Requirements:
- Hands-on maintenance experience in areas including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
- Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
- EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II or Universal certification.
Working Conditions:
The Multisite Maintenance Manager will be required to work any assigned shift, including weekends, and respond to emergencies after normal business hours.
