As a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician, your day-to-day will involve addressing resident service requests, performing diverse hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensuring market-ready apartments. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance and maintain the grounds and common areas, reporting any concerns. In this role, you will provide on-call support to these properties as well as Arbor Terrace and Briarwood.

Hands-on maintenance experience in areas including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC is necessary.High School diploma or equivalentA valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and / or as part of their role.Computer literacy, and must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposesKnowledge of federal and state apartment housing lawsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsMust be able to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends when assigned on-call responsibilities; a telephone number where you can be reached after-hours must be provided to your managerService team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own smartphone to perform certain aspects of their jobBonus Qualifications :
Trade school certification / diplomaEPA Section 608 Type I, Type II or Universal certificationResidential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experienceSalary : $32.24 - $39.41 / Hour
Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentivesThe successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
