Equity Residential Services, LLC has an opening for a Senior Product Manager (full-time) in Chicago, IL. Duties are to collaborate with business and technology teams to continuously build, refine, and evolve the data and analytics product roadmap; Manage and drive data and analytics projects, including prioritization, on-time delivery, communicating trade-offs, and maintaining stakeholder relationships; Envision and build the next generation of product features for mobile, web, and other platforms as needed, focusing on delivering the best and most relevant information to end users; Serve as a product spokesperson and subject matter expert to the broader organization; Lead cross-functional teams (such as engineering, operations, finance) to drive the execution of product strategy and deliver measurable value to the business; Continuously evaluate the performance of the product portfolio and make recommendations for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and impact; and Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and bring new ideas and approaches to the product roadmap and strategy. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign educational equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field plus5 years of experience in Product Management or related role and in the following : Working with engineering teams to build and deliver end-to-end data products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms; Agile methodologies, including managing feature backlog, and development sprints; Analytics experience including front end (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL; Navigating competing product and technical priorities, including identifying options, trade-offs, and achieving consensus at all levels for your recommended approach; Creating business workflows, user workflow diagrams, and clear UI mockups to define both existing and future system functionality; and Defining, implementing, and mentoring others in Program / Product Management methodologies and tactics.
