Capital Raising Administrator (Contract Position)

As we move forward with our $40 million private placement initiative, we seek a detail-oriented Capital Raising Administrator to support this critical phase of our growth and the subsequent client acquisition process.
Role Overview:
The Capital Raising Administrator will manage the administrative aspects of ERS’s capital raising process, ensuring seamless execution of our private placement fundraising efforts with financial institutions and investors. The role demands organizational precision, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
After the fundraising phase, the Capital Raising Administrator will transition into the sales and customer acquisition team, helping to promote and sell ERS’s AI-powered investment rating products, supporting long-term growth by attracting new clients to the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the Prospective Investor Database (CRM) to track engagements and follow-ups.
· Oversee the administrative workflow of the capital raising process, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
· Maintain accurate documentation for the private placement (Carta).
· Serve as a liaison to investors, providing them with the necessary information and documentation in a professional, non-sales capacity.
· Articulate ERS’s data-driven and AI-powered investment rating products to stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with relevant securities regulations and legal requirements.
· Coordinate with internal teams to gather and present required information to potential investors.
· Transition into the sales team after the fundraising phase to promote and sell ERS’s investment rating platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Series 65 or 7 license (current or past) is highly desirable.
· At least three years of professional experience in financial services, fundraising, or roles related to capital raising.
· Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Excel and financial documentation software.
· Strong ability to learn and communicate complex financial and AI-based products.
