Position: Clinical Admin Coordinator
Location: St. Cloud, FL 34769
Duration: 3 Month contract to start, potential of extension and/or conversion to FTE.
Rate: $20.00/Hr
Start Date: ASAP
Description:
Works with hospital, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage request for services from members and or providers. Process incoming and outgoing referral, prior authorizations including intake. Assist clinical staff with setting up documentations. Ideal background in Healthcare, referral processing background, Bilingual English / Spanish a must.
Skills Needed:
Knowledge of HMO insurances, Knowledge of insurance verifications and portals,
2 years plus customer service experience, experience with Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Ability to work 8 hour shifts during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00pm
Min Education: High School Diploma OR GED
