What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at EQUITY VALUATION PARTNERS INC?
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to support high volume operations and provide internal and external customer support.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily/ weekly/monthly reconciliation of sales and accounts receivable to management system, bank account and credit card portals.
- Support client customer service requests.
- Reconciling bank Statements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and good problem-solving skills.
Requirements and skills:
3 years' bookkeeping experience.
Hands-on experience with accounting software QuickBooks Advanced MS Excel skills (such as VLookup function, Pivot Tables) favored.
Experience with general ledger functions. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Accounting or Finance degree is a plus but not required.
$18-20 an hour
20 hours a week
