Job Description :
- Communicate to Development the product vision, strategy, and future roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.
- Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Development team leads.
- Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the product continues to meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog in Jira, ensuring that it is well-organized and up-to-date.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams.
- Document release notes for implemented functionality at the end of each release.
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint / release goals.
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
