Key Responsibilities :
Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
Organize and manage personal injury case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
Assist attorneys with settlement preparation, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordinating witnesses.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case progress.
About You :
3 years of experience in personal injury law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
