Job Summary
As a Debt Capital Markets professional at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd., you will utilize your analytical skills and knowledge of real estate debt markets to source, structure, and originate optimal financing solutions for industrial, multi-family, and office properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in negotiating loan document terms with lenders on behalf of the borrower.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, and commercial mortgage servicers.
- Provide internal guidance on property debt structure, loan document interpretation, and lender navigation.
- Collaborate in closing transactions, including acquisition financing, construction loans, refinances, recapitalizations, and other duties as assigned by the Senior Vice President, Capital Markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of Financial Services.
